This cylinder has been especially designed for the requirements of foundries. Its cooling jacket is positioned around the cylinder and enables its operation under high external thermal load.

Standard designs are: foot mounting, cap end / head end flange, rod eye. Other forms of construction are available on request.

The sealing of the piston rod with a chevron ring and the sealing of the piston with a metal piston ring guarantees a long lifetime at heavy-duty operation.

Mounting seals for HFC liquids is possible with each form of construction.

Important features of this series:

  Piston speed: 12 - 30 m/min
  Without end position cushioning
  With water cooling jacket and special seals for high temperatures in foundries
  Piston diameter: 40 - 180 mm
  Strokes up to 2000 mm
  Operating pressure: 160 bar (16 MPa)
