Type 55 cylinders are constructed in tie rod design. Five different mounting types, as well as the alternative of two piston area ratios and the assembly with different seals ensure the perfect adjustment of these cylinders to each special case of application. Further mounting types and special designs are possible.
Different piston rod ends can be combined with each mounting type.
An essential advantage in maintenance of Type 55 is the fast and simple exchange of the piston rod seals. |
