The Sqeezer System was developed specifically for the extreme conditions in the hot zones of die casting machines. For the first time, a position detection can take place where all electrical systems fail due to the high temperatures. The new SQS combines the compact size of a block cylinder with a very high temperature resistance through an active cooling together with a hydraulic end position detection. The evaluation of the cylinder position takes place without susceptible electronic components in the hot sections of the installation.
